What grades do I need to get into a UK university?
Grade requirements vary depending on the university and course. Some universities may accept students with moderate grades, while highly competitive programmes such as Medicine, Dentistry, Law, and Engineering often require top academic results.
What are the English language requirements, and do I need IELTS?
Most universities require an English proficiency test like IELTS Academic, TOEFL, or Pearson PTE. However, some universities accept alternative online tests or offer internal English entry exams. We can help you book your test and provide guidance on the exact scores needed for your chosen course.
How does the UK student visa process work from Lebanon?
Once you accept an unconditional university offer and pay your deposit, the institution issues a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) number. Our dedicated student visa specialists will then guide you step-by-step through compiling your financial documents, paying the IHS fee, and booking your biometric appointment at the VFS Global centre in Beirut.
Do I need a bank account in the UK to prove my funding for the visa?
No, you do not need a UK bank account. The UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) accepts official bank statements from recognised banks right here in Lebanon. The account can be in your name or your parents’ names, but the required funds must be held in the account for a minimum of 28 consecutive days before submitting your student visa application.
